The Panthera X3™ is the next-generation dorsal fin sleep appliance.  One of the smallest, lightest, and most durable sleep appliances available.

The Panthera X3™ is an FDA-cleared, effective treatment for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. When worn at night, the Panthera X3™ positions the lower jaw in a forward position, relieving snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea conditions. The unique design allows for drinking and talking.

The patent pending clip-on titration system is easy to engage, requires no tools, and backward movement (1mm) is possible.  Designed to be precise and secure, the clip system reduces the risk of error.

The clip system includes 26 clip pairs (13 per side) from -1.0mm (back) through 5.0mm (forward) in .05mm increments with each appliance.

The fully CAD/CAM X3™ is custom designed from optically scanned information, then 3D printed using the latest technology and materials. The X3™ and the clip titration system are made from biocompatible polyamide medical grade nylon.
